The Bible makes it clear that we should make ourselves clean both inside and out. While many don’t enjoy the process of cleaning, the end result is magnificent. Together, young and old, we can keep our spirits high and our attitudes positive as we clean our surroundings and ourselves.
Following God’s law keeps you clean on the inside. Keeping the Kingdom Hall spotless is a way to show externally that you are clean, and that you love and respect Jehovah's House, his ways and his Kingdom. Every week, we join together in our Kingdom Hall to become closer with Jehovah and learn about His ways. A pure and clean environment makes it easier to connect and allows us to enjoy our time together that much more.
“Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean.”1 Corinthians 14:40
“If someone knows how to do what is right and yet does not do it, it is a sin for him.”
Cleaning is a necessary task. Many hands make light work, and when we work together with willing spirits, we can enjoy keeping the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses clean and pure. At our JW Kingdom Halls, we often need all the help we can get. So let’s do our part and help keep our Kingdom Halls clean. Just as our heavenly father forgives and cleanses us, so too should we clean the Kingdom Hall.
2 Corinthians 7:1
“Let us cleanse ourselves of every defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.”
