A Behind the Scenes Look at Ministry Ideaz

At Ministry Ideaz, we’re happy to say our staff is fully composed of devoted and active Jehovah’s Witness members. Have you ever wondered who that faceless voice is that you've chatted with via Internet, telephone or email? Well, read on! We’re delighted to bring you a behind-the-scenes look at the brothers and sisters who keep Ministry Ideaz up and running.

Did you know? We have never actually all been together in the same place at the same time. How is that? Well, all of us at Ministry Ideaz live and serve in various countries: Canada (Alberta and BC), USA, Mexico and Ecuador. Thanks to the advent of new technologies, we all cooperate together via the Internet, and at the same time we continue serving Jehovah in our assignments, wherever that may be.
While technology has made Ministry Ideaz possible, it also has made it easy for others to spread slanderous information. Over the past few years, we’ve heard many rumors about Ministry Ideaz, including rumors that we are apostate. New and regular customers alike have begun to question: Are Ministry Ideaz staff really Jehovah’s Witnesses? To set these rumors straight, we’re featuring the ten members that make up the current Ministry Ideaz administration staff in this week’s blog:

Del: Del has been with Ministry Ideaz since 2006 and today continues to work part time for us while living in Mexico and serving as a need-greater. She is a fifth generation JW who was baptized in 1974 and raised in the Truth in rural Western Canada. Del previously served six years in French Quebec before meeting and marrying Robert. Today the two remain a happy family with children of the four-legged and furry kind.
Terrie: Terrie has been with Ministry Ideaz since 2008. Baptized in 1971, she is a fifth generation JW who grew up on a farm in Central Alberta, Canada, with a very small rural congregation. Terrie has been married for 40 years and raised four lovely children who gave her eight beautiful granddaughters. She is currently working part time with Ministry Ideaz while serving where the need for Kingdom Proclaimers is greater in Mexico with her pioneer husband.

Aaron: Aaron has been with Ministry Ideaz since 2012 working customer support, filling mail ordering, resolving order problems and completing other general administrative duties. Aaron was baptized 26 years ago and is a sixth generation Witness of Jehovah. Married for 20 years, she and her husband have two great kids and today serve together in a congregation in which the diverse territory includes everything from Canadian First Nations to Tagalog, all nestled up against the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

Carlie: With Ministry Ideaz since 2013, Carlie is a sixth generation JW to be serving Jehovah on both parents’ sides. She’s been baptized for 25 years and grew up in a small congregation in Central Alberta, Canada, where she moved with her family to help out the congregation when she was four years old. Carlie pioneered for two years before starting a family. Today she is serving in the beautiful Rocky Mountain Foothills of Canada and works full time with Ministry Ideaz processing returns in order to support raising her two young daughters in the Truth.

Chelsea: Chelsea has been with Ministry Ideaz since 2013 and is currently pioneering where the need is greater in a beautiful remote corner of Vancouver Island, Canada. Chelsea was baptized in 2006 and has been married to her husband Jon for five years. She loves to travel and explore new places. While at work, she spends her days communicating with warehouse staff, tracking lost orders, making sure orders are shipped and troubleshooting the orders when they aren't.

Jon: Jon has also been with Ministry Ideaz since 2013 and is serving with his wife, Chelsea, in remote British Columbia, Canada. He was baptized in 2003 and raised in the Truth. Jon loves fishing, campfires, cribbage, friends and fishing stories. He is currently serving as a regular pioneer and ministerial servant and works part time for Ministry Ideaz in customer support and as an all-around problem solver.

Lesley: Lesley is a fourth generation JW who has been with Ministry Ideaz since 2014. She was baptized in 1994 and has been happily married since 1998 to her husband who serves as an elder. Today Lesley stays busy raising two beautiful twin girls in the Truth in the Canadian prairies of Alberta. She loves traveling, swimming and meeting new people, and works answering phones, emails and live chats for Ministry Ideaz.

Katherine: Katherine is also a fourth generation JW who has been with Ministry Ideaz since 2014. Baptized 30 years ago, Katherine previously served five years where the need is greater in Ecuador. Today she lives in Kansas, USA, with her husband, who serves as an elder, and their three children, where she is serving with a Foreign Language Plautdietsch group. She also works part time in the returns and customer service department for Ministry Ideaz.

Tim: Tim is a ministerial servant who joined the Ministry Ideaz team this year and is our newest member. Originally from Virginia, USA, today Tim lives in Ecuador in an English congregation. Baptized in 1975, Tim was raised in the Truth and has been married for 26 years. He and his wife pioneer together where the need is greater in Ecuador, with their daughter, eldest son and his wife. Tim enjoys working as a customer service representative for Ministry Ideaz because he is able to meet and help people from across the world who have the same interests and goals as he does.

Greg: Greg is the owner of Ministry Ideaz and has been with the company since its founding in 2002. Greg is a sixth generation JW who was raised in the Truth and baptized in 1988. Since 1993 he has lived and pioneered where the need is greater in Ecuador. In 2000 Greg married his best friend who became his pioneer partner. Since 2014 they have changed their focus to raising a new family (although still in Ecuador). Today he works part time with the company in marketing and assists with product development, web management, payroll, accounts payable and general managerial duties.

The above-mentioned hard-working group makes up our administrative staff. The answer to “Are Ministry Ideaz staff members apostates?” is clear: No. We are all active and proud to be called “Jehovah’s Witnesses.” Keep a look out for a future blog where we’ll introduce you to the warehouse staff here in Ecuador!

  62. Hello friends. Several years ago, the customer service at Ministry Ideaz was so bad that I did think that this company was run by apostates. I'm happy to say that in the last few months I've done business with you twice or maybe 3 times and the service and customer communication has greatly improved. I do believe now I am dealing with Jehovah's own. Agape,
