How Do You Express Appreciation?

In these times of distress, expressing your support and sincere empathy with meaningful items has become the path of brotherly affection. Most likely, you know someone in need who would be a happy recipient of ministry supplies or more. Even if you yourself are finding these to be challenging times, a little handmade present goes a long way (1 Corinthians 13:1-4). Here are a few ideas of what you can include in your package:

Their favorite food: Living in the same neighborhood makes it easy to deliver, for example, fresh bagels, a sweet slice of carrot cake, or maybe some decadent chocolate cake. 😋 Baking these treats might consume a good portion of your time, but as your friends consume their favorite goodies they will be reminded of how much you care! Remember to follow food safety and sanitary practices. Take into consideration their special needs (in case of allergies or intolerances).

Personalize every detail: don't forget to use an attractive package, maybe a craft box and handwritten letter. It's popular to use calligraphy to add an extra special message. If you're not such an artist to try your hand at fancy writing, don't worry! Expressing genuine care and concern is more important. Your friends will appreciate your sincerity and encouragement. You can use our stationery and envelopes for an attractive letter.

Send some ministry supplies to keep the pace: Maybe you know a pioneer, a single mom raising her children in the truth, or someone who was recently laid off. Keeping the Kingdom as a priority in our lives is a challenge, and other publishers like you can be supportive! Have you thought of giving them a new Bible cover, an agenda, or a set of workbooks for the meetings? If your circumstances allow you to give such kind presents, you'll never regret it.

"I love the different items, all of them are so nicely designed. I’ve previously ordered a leather messenger bag for my husband and he loves it for service. I’m excited to receive the planner and the calendars I got as gifts for brothers and sisters in my service group." - Jeanette

"I usually buy for some very special people and it always puts a big smile on my face and makes me happy that they always enjoy products from your company." - Loene

"I’m so excited to give the Meeting workbook out to all the pioneers in my congregation and my family. As well as older ones in my congregation. By ordering 20+ I will be able to make many smile and at the same time, the discount makes for a very affordable gift." - Melissa
