Ministry Ideaz has operated online for 17 years. As you may know, our support staff already works remotely. This means that customer service is available and will continue. Our packing warehouse is a simple arrangement operated by a small team. We continue to pack your orders in a timely manner and with appropriate care.
We are also keeping in touch with our shipping partners and keeping up-to-date with current conditions and government regulations regarding the importing, exporting, and delivery of goods. As these regulations change, there could very well be delays in getting orders delivered. We want you to know that we are doing our very best.
